For example: I am active, I am confident, I am determined! Say positive things to yourself with conviction and believe! A healthy mind leads to a healthier body and soul. Stay positive and remove the drama from you life, it is unnecessary baggage that brings you down.
Secondly exercise do something that will improve your body, and build your confidence. For example a daily walk, bike ride or the latest new exercise craze. By working out you release endorphins. Endorphins are believed to help reduce stress, pain and help with your mood. Also releasing endorphins while working out is what gives you that rush, or second wind. Try to do some form of exercise daily to help promote a better mood about yourself. It doesn’t have to be hours but start with 10-20 minutes and work yourself up, take baby steps.
Thirdly eat healthy, you have to be conscious of the things you are putting your body. You want to eat foods that fuel your body, not make you feel sluggish. Great foods are fruits, vegetables and meat. When trying to obtain that healthier you watch what your eating. It is also best to bake or grill your meat and vegetables. I am not saying you can’t still eat pizza and enjoy a piece of cake at the birthday party, just in moderation.
All in all if you clear your mind from negativity, exercise, eat healthier you will achieve a new and improved healthier you.
